About Nicole Gruendl

0123161345-1Nicole and Her Life Path!

Nicole Gruendl is a vivacious, energetic and creative life strategist that brings enthusiasm to everything that she does. She draws from a broad and varied background which enables her to relate to any situation. Her life experiences range from veterinary medicine (love of animals is one of her passions), senior administrative assistant for a major contractor in the field of Homeland Security to Events and Marketing Coordinator at the Evergreen Speedway.
Along the way she co-owned and operated several small businesses, including public market restaurant and a construction/finishing company. It’s highly unlikely that she will run into a business situation that she hasn’t seen or been part of before.

Born and raised in the small industrial city near Sudbury, Ontario, a mining district of central Canada, her family was primarily French-speaking and as a result grew up bilingual in English and French. As a young adult, she moved to Vancouver on Canada’s west coast where she created a home and began a family. In 1994 her son, Korey, was born. With amicable differences, she found herself as a single mother for 2 years.

Her leadership skills developed at a young age by co-owning not only a kiosk in a public marketing but a construction and finishing company. It’s highly unlikely that she will run into a business situation that she hasn’t seen before.

She then had the opportunity to move to Texas, where she lived with her second husband for 7 years. Working in a family-owned landscaping and irrigation business, this gave her the option to be a stay-at-home mom. Nicole played a big role in the local PTA and all sports activities where her son was involved. In 2003, she found herself and Korey moving back to the west coast, Washington State so Korey could be near his father and where she was close to my longtime friends and family.

After establishing a foundation for a new life, she decided to take a little time off to find out who she really was.  After taking various courses and seminars, based on her training and experience, in 2006 she launched her own interactive web site featuring on-line vet reviews. They live with their pets, Suzie, Lucy and Tosha, 2 cats and a dog which she sometimes incorporates into her coaching sessions as therapy pets.

Becoming a Coach was not a decision; it was a discovery. Nicole’s real passion for people presented itself in 2007 when she discovered the wonderful world of Life Coaching. The opportunity came through a friend who was a life coach and said “Nicole I want you to check this out, I know you would be so good at it. People listen to you when you speak.” With much defiance and being a knowit- all, AND not even knowing what a life coach was, it’s her desire for change and the support of the Coaching team at Accomplishment Coaching  helped her create a life filled with memorable experiences. She is now able to share her extensive knowledge with others and support them in their trials and tribulations, creating breakthroughs as she has done through her life time.

It’s this coaching and mentorship that has given her the freedom of ‘finding herself’ and appreciating what life’ experiences.  Through this process she was able to discover her true purpose is life which is LOVE! This becomes very obvious when Nicole speaks and shares her story with anyone.  She practices what she coaches! The enthusiasm she feels for her work is contagious. Nicole has not only used the coaching tools to help her clients to reach their goals but used that heart felt creativity and love in supporting some very special foundations that she holds dear to her heart.

“Supporting burned children has become a very special part of my life. It’s part of WHO I am”.  Since 2009, Nicole has been involved with the Burned Children Recovery Foundation, the Pacific Burn Foundation and the Washington State Council of Fire Fighters Burn Foundation as a volunteer and mentor for of the children.  She brings her wide network of business associates and friends to help bring recognition to a great cause.

When she finds down time in her very busy schedule, Nicole enjoys motorcycle riding, racing, camping, wine and beer tasting.
