"Life can present us with tremendous adversity. Yes misfortunes and hardships can actually be transforming–you become a stronger, wiser individual able to maximize your full potential.

I had the great opportunity to share my story along with other incredible people! Writing the chapter for this book has been one of my life dreams and has given me the opportunity to create greatness and abundance in my life.
The one and most important thing in my life is that I have learned not to quit. Through the many trials and tribulations that I have overcome, I have learned that each and every one of them was a lesson. Good or bad, the lesson was learned and I grew stronger and better for it!
This is the attitude and passion that I love to share with my clients, friends and family. There is an old saying that when the going gets tough the tough get going. It isn’t always easy, but you always have the choice to get going and take responsibility or play the victim. You have the power to live the life that you want.
I made the choice to stand in my power, how about you?
If you want to read about my story and all of the other great stories from many wonderful people such as Dr. Wayne Dyer, Brian Tracy, John Assaraf and so many more, then you should reserve your copy today!

EXCEPTS FROM BOUNCING BACK
"We’ve all had the wheel fall off our wagon at some point in life. You now have a decision to make while staring at that wagon. You can say "Yep, it’s broken,’ or you can pick up that wheel, put it back on and continue on the path of life. There will always be bumps and that wheel may fall off a million times more, but if you keep moving forward, you will eventually reach your divine destination." — Jennifer Kay
"Setting a goal involves taking your imagination and motivating yourself to turn a vision into reality. This seems simple at the beginning, but why do so many people fail to reach their goals while others continually succeed? It’s because successful goal achievers follow a plan."
– Robert Mesmer
"Adversity comes in all shapes and sizes. It is a personal thing to each of us. What makes the difference are the actions you take to raise yourself up, even when you feel you can’t go any farther. What will you do to persevere?"– Shannon Panzo

Life Coaching is known as a newer and upcoming career. Only until the past decade or so, many of the coaches mentioned and that we were familiar with were sports oriented.
A life coach generally works with tools and projects for individual growth and self improvement so the results are created by the clients themselves. Coaching is about finding and being yourself; who you are from the inside. This also supports the successes in your life. Being successful can mean so much more than accepting the life that you have. The more you know about who you are, the easier it will be to achieve what you want and to find what fulfills you.
Personal development has become so popular; from movies to books, to DVD’s and workshops. You see, most people don’t think with that expanded view. Instead we are taught that we need to work harder to make better results. This is old school thinking, and the world is opening up to all sorts of growth and possibilities.
When we look at personal development, self improvement, and life coaching, we have found that they integrate well together. Life Coaching is about finding a way to establish where you are in life and where you are going. Many of us have been “lost in the life shuffle” that we have these ideas and thoughts about where we want to be, but have no idea how to get there. With life coaching you gain support in areas such as your self confidence, enjoying your work, creating time for yourself or creating and living your dreams.
More and more people are learning the benefits of personal development and the increase of Happier and more loving societies are on the up rise. The internet has facilitated this also Not so long ago, having access to this information was limited to books and cds and some workshops, but now with Internet access, we have this unlimited access to all the greatest of information. This accessibility has allowed the population to research life coaching and see if it’s a fit for them and their own personal situations.
Life coaches have the access to the clients as well with the ability to advertise, creating websites, blogs and selling their personal products. This is has all been created for people who just want more out of their lives – both personally and professionally. All and all it’s a win win situation for everyone involved.
This fusion has all come together to create a new industry of life coaches. And the trends speak for themselves. As more people want to get ahead in a competitive world, they need a life coach.
Some of those in personal development are looking at the possibility in becoming a life coach. You perhaps may be in such a position yourself. And the life coaching industry now has more and more life coach certification and life coaching training that is making it easy to get into life coaching, and start your own practice.
The end result is about the impact that Life Coaching has on our society. The change it makes in one person’s life can alter their life environment forever. Life Coaching allows connection, transition, change and life altering experiences to happen. Some are more intense than others, but change none the less.. You don’t have to be stuck in a formal learning method, but can simply get help in the areas you need, and find the solutions you need now. So take action in creating the life that you really want and deserve!

Have you ever noticed how you feel when you are around positive and happy people? How easy is it for you to maintain an angry or frustrated state when someone is laughing and smiling all the time? No matter how bad the circumstances or how frustrated things may seem, they never let things get them down. But let’s be honest, it can be a little trying at times to keep the smile on our face when things get a little tough. This is why I put together this short but effective list on how you can alter your “state” by just doing a few simple exercises!
- Take a 30 minute walk every day and smile while you walk.
- Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
- When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement:
‘My purpose is to____ today.’
- Make time to practice meditation, yoga, tai chi, and prayer.
- Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less processed food. Drink green tea and plenty of water
- Clear your clutter from your house, your car, your desk to make room for the new flow of energy. Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful.
- Invest your energy in the positives in life. Don’t waste it on negative thoughts or things you cannot control.
- Say out loud “Life is good!”
- Life is too short to waste time being angry and hating anyone.
- Don’t compare yourself to others’. They have their own journey to pursue.
- Burn the new candles, use the nice bed sheets. Today is THAT special occasion.
- No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
- Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy
- Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements:
“I am thankful for ___.’ Today I accomplished ____.
And REMEMBER
- Never, EVER forget to DANCE!
